DELIVERY
Oberrauch Zitt is committed to processing the ordered goods as soon as possible after receipt of payment and dispatching them within three working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, the customer will be informed immediately or an equivalent replacement product will be offered.
COLLECTION
The ordered items can also be collected free of charge at our stores in Bolzano, Merano, and Vintl. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are €10.00 (incl. VAT) for orders up to €100. Orders exceeding this amount, will be shipped free of charge. Any applicable shipping costs will be invoiced together with the order amount.
GENERAL INFORMATION
For every order placed through the online store (www.shop.oberrauch-zitt.com), the customer will receive a receipt via e-mail, and a copy will be included with the delivered goods. The receipt will be generated using the customer data provided during the purchase process, and no changes can be made to the receipt after it has been generated.
SHIPPING PARTNER
Delivery will be carried out during regular business hours by our courier service. Please provide a delivery address and phone number to ensure smooth delivery of the package.
PRICES
All sales prices of the products listed on the website www.shop.oberrauch-zitt.com are indicated in Euro and already include the applicable value-added tax. The customer acknowledges that Oberrauch Zitt has the right to change prices at any time, as the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated at the time of ordering and confirmation via email.
