ORDER

Select the Click & Collect shipping option when you place your order online. You can collect your goods from the selected stores within a few days after receiving the order confirmation. For this purpose, you will receive a special notification by email from us. You decide the time of collection - your order will be ready for you in the selected store during our business hours for up to three days.

SERVICE

In addition to the immediate fitting option in our lounge area, a sales representative is available on request for individual and personal style advice. If you do not like an item, you can easily exchange it. Should you have any alteration requests, our service of the in-house alteration studio is at your disposal.

PAYMENT

You can pay for the selected items directly on our homepage. We accept all common payment methods (EC card, credit card and PayPal).

COLLECTION

You can pick up your order up to three days after receiving your pickup notification, during our opening hours in the selected store.
